Zakopane in mid June

Hi

I'm planning my first trip to Poland in mid June. I'm planning to stay in krakow for 4 days and then do Zakopane for another 3-4 days. I have a couple of questions:
1. Is there any recommonded hiking trails for a solo traveler?
2. What is the best way to get Zakopane from Krakow?
3. Is there any known recommonded shop where I can hire a good bike in Zakopane?

We took a bus to Zapokane. There may be a train, but it is slow.
There is a high peak visible Zapokane. You can easily hike that. Take a bus to trailhead or walk. Maybe 2-3 km to trailhead from town center. Hike up is fine. Easy to find your way. At the top you use chains to get to the peak. Not really scary. We were there in September. So, somewhat off season. There will be a lot of people on the mountain. Many come up from the cablecar side after riding the cable car partway up.
Mt Giewont.
We did not rent bikes so no info for you on that.
The Main Street in Zapokane is filled with great restaurants. We had great pizza and there are many that have nice roasted meats. It is a thing there.
I used maps.me for the trail. You can also look at AllTrails.com.

Morskie Oko is a popular hike. Plenty of people on the trail, so good for a solo traveler.
