I have reserved the following train from Wien to Krakow:
Dec 27:
EC 106 (Vienna to Bohumin: 6:10 - 09:27):
IC 213 (Bohumin to Krakow: 10:17 - 12:11):
Do I have to change train or is it the same train?

You have to change trains. Look up your trip at OEBB.at - the Terminus of your first train is Warsaw, not Krakow.

You can clearly see this at https://int.bahn.de/en
You can click on the "journey information" box on each leg and see what the complete route is for each train.
You could have taken the direct train at 8:10 unless it was already fully booked.

Thank you! I thought it would be 2 different trains based on the train number, but sometimes the same train just changes the number and go in a different direction, so just wanted to confirm. Bohumin seems to be a large hub and the ticket does not mention platform numbers, but the transfer time is 50 mins, so I should be okay, I guess?
