Wieliczka Salt Mine Guided Tour from Krakow

We are going to Krakow tomorrow and would like to go to the salt mines and do a tour in krakow. Either a combo tour or separate. There are so many tour offers and also DIY options. So confusing about what to pick. Any suggestions from those that have been there?
Thanks!

There are people selling 'tours' to the Salt Mine all over central Krakow. Since you have to go through the mines on a guided tour anyway, the 'tour' from the center of Krakow is basically just the transportation and guarantee that you won't have to wait a long time for an English speaking tour. I generally avoid any unnecessary tours but this one was fine.

There are many sites offering those tours, as you said. You can visit any like get your guide, TripAdvisor. But also you can catch one like localtours.shop, where you can easily compare some of tours in cracow. I used to work in a local tours travel agency and yes, there are earning money for that but it it super comfortable for tourist to take a tours with them. If someone want to know anything more - please let me know :)

I believe all the tours are in english by default now.

The Mines are closer to Krakow than most people realize. They are in the suburbs and there is a modern highway that goes right to the mine complex, so it's a very short journey. Best to take a taxi on your own schedule so you aren't rushed by tour operators who have to keep a schedule to get back to the city by a certain time which is what I experienced.
