Compared to living in Frankfurt, i was pleasantly surprised with the lower cost and yet good quality of everyday items in Gdansk when i was there last time. I assumed that i would be able to get some sweet deals on running shoes or some clothes etc, but these items were very expensive. I think this was because i was looking in and around the touristy area of old town.
I will be there next week for a couple of days and was wondering if someone can suggest me some local shopping place where i can get good prices. Remember, price is the main factor for me.
