My sister is using italki in preparation for her citizenship exam and is very happy with both the quality and the price.

I have used italki in the past to learn German and a bit of Polish -- it connects learners with tutors/teachers, both formal and informal. I really like the website/platform. Going to start using it soon to try to learn a little Czech before (hopefully) a spring trip to Prague.
