Warsaw VAT Refund

Hello,
I'm traveling from France to Poland to Ukraine and would like to purchase a pricey camera (Panasonic S5IIX) while in France, from an online retailer like FNAC or Boulanger, and get the VAT refunded. I will be flying from Paris Orly to Warsaw and then taking a train from Warsaw to Kyiv or Chelm to Kharkiv on the same day as I land in Warsaw. Can I get my purchase stamped / money refunded at the Warsaw airport? Paris Orly? I'm guessing I'd be out of luck at the Warsaw or Chelm train stations. Any advice for me?
Thanks everybody!

No, you're not leaving the EU at any of those airports.

Thanks for the reply. Are there any customs and/or Global Blue facilities at Polish train stations?

Customs facilities are in general located at borders, so you won't find them at the station in Warsaw, but there are probably customs officers in Chełm as it is a border station.

I don't know if you know how the VAT refund works, but the customs stamp you're looking is customs officer certifying that the thing you bought is leaving the EU unopened and unused.
