Help! the last 2 days I've tried to pay for tickets for a tour in Warsaw, the salt mines in Krakow, and Malbork castle. Each time, the payment would not go through. I first used by Cap1 Venture X card. did the whole code by text. didn't work. I then tried by Bilt card (Bank of American, I think). Thought I had success, but I see 2 out of 3 are pending from 2 days ago while the 3rd rejected. I wish they took American Express. never any problems. Any suggestions??? We will be in Poland April 22-29 so I'm not worried about salt mines or castle, but would like to reserve a spot on the Warsaw tour. another note. my Bilt card works great in the train app (Venture X is still being stinky). SIgn into your charge account online and see if there is a place to click on for foreign transactions.
My Capital One Visa allows me to block local transactions and block international transactions.
Call customer service at your charge card if you have any questions.

I've had success with calling Cap One customer service after declined international charges. The agents have been able to help make charges go through.
