train or flight to Warsaw

Hello,
We are staying in my ancestral village near Kolbuszowa, which is about an hour north of Rzeszow. We have two travel options to get to Warsaw on May 14, which is a Sunday:

Direct Flight with LOT for $51 (includes our checked luggage) from Rzeszow (which means someone has to drive us to the airport)

Train from Kolbuszowa station to Warsaw Central for $11-20. This would avoid the drive to Rzesow.

I've taken trains in Europe but not with my luggage.

Any thoughts?

The train would be my choice. Most trains will have luggage storage, like overhead racks or luggage shelves near the entrances of the cars.

I've seen a number of you tube videos recently about Polish trains for various reasons and am struck by how high quality their Inter City offering is.
There is plenty of baggage stowage. If you've been on UK trains really the same kind of set up.
Having only been to Poland once on a short cruise call I am very pleasantly surprised.
From what I'm seeing I would say very much go for the train.
From what I can see all trains are 2 or 3 changes except the 1603 which is a through train arriving at 2020.
So if changing trains worries you go for the 1603.

The train will take you near the center of town, while the airport will be a taxi ride away. You have to also take into account the time it takes to arrive at the airport in time for security, check-in and waiting to board, then the time to collect luggage at destination. Those make the time difference less significant.

So it sounds like luggage is your main concern. Just how much will you have?

I should have one large suitcase (not too heavy since I learned my lesson this November, schlepping my luggage on an Israeli train) plus one smaller carry-on.

The train sounds pretty perfect, and it would save my family the hour ride to Rzeszow.
