Hello, We are hiring a private driver, Andrew, to take us to Auschwitz and the Salt mines. Should we tip and how much? We are also hiring a driver to take us from Dubrovnik to Prishtina. Should we tip and how much? We need some help with this. We had a wonderful driver for a previous tip in Greece and I felt as if our tip was not appropriate. Thank you for your insights.

Usually in Poland we are tipping 10% of total bil but always final tip depends on you and your satisfaction of the job done by a person... There is no need to tip and no one in Poland will get offended. Yes, true -tips are always good things but only give them wehn people deserve it with great job they did for you :)
