I’m looking for a two week tour of Poland (small group- preferably 16 people maximum ) for September 2024. I’m considering the RS tour but it’s only 10(actually 9 nights) days and I believe that most of the tours are running at 25-28 people. We’ve done the RS Eastern (now called Central) Europe tour and had a great guide (Katka from Prague) and there would be a small overlap since we did visit Krakow and Auschwitz on that tour. I’m looking for suggestions for other companies that run small group tours of Poland that include more cities than the RS tour. I’ve also come across JayWay Travel - they put together custom itineraries. I was wondering if anyone has comments or suggestions. Thanks!

I used JayWay for my Poland trip in 2017. That trip also included Czech Republic and eastern Germany, but about 2 weeks were in Poland. They arranged all the lodging and trains and transfers, and gave me many options for tours within each city I visited. You'll be completely on your own during your travels, though I met JayWay representatives in Prague and again in Krakow. I've done a total of three trips with them, and I recommend them highly.
I don't have first-hand experience with other companies that do small group tour to Poland. If you want to go that route, try searching on the internet, and then do some research to make sure the company you select has a good reputation and lots of happy customers.

Intrepid and Explore offer Poland. I haven’t looked at the RS one to compare, but the group size maximums are lower than RS.

I just looked into JayWay. For 8 nights they want $2550/person. Nope.
