I'm confused on what tickets to purchas for me and my husband. The 'permanent exhibition Individual tours" or the "guided in English tours" ?? thanks for any help!

I assume the audio guide I rented in 2018 is still available. It was fine for me. I'm a very slow visitor at 20th-century-history sites, so a tour would have been way too fast for me.
The Schindler Factory is best seen without a guide because there is a lot of displayed pictures and stories posted to view. I can't really imagine a guided tour because it isn't really a tour of a factory, it is a museum. I would suggest doing it at your own pace.
I agree with above advice from Threadwear.
Be sure to purchase tickets as soon as you know when you want to go. I thought two weeks at the beginning of May was enough time. The only opening were late in the day- and that was only for tickets.
Although a very few days ahead of time was adequate time to get an online ticket in 2018, I'm not surprised things are tighter this year. It seems there are availability issues at all the very popular sights in Europe. I guess we all need to recalibrate our expectations, or at least those of us who adhere to the just-in-time booking strategy need to.
