Trains run directly and take 15 minutes or less. Buy tickets locally.

You can also use the train planner of the Polish railways, PKP. To avoid confusion I'd advise you to write down the details of the trains you want to use (date, hour, train number). It is always very much appreciated by the staff, which might not speak English. With buying the tickets the evening before you avoid the risk of missing your intended train in case there is a long queue at the ticket window.
