When did the Auschwitz’s tour stop being a itinerary stop on the 10 days in Poland tour?

It wasn't part of it last year. I believe it's in his central Europe tour.

I don't believe it has ever been included on this tour. It is easily added by staying one extra night in Krakow at the end of the tour if you want to visit. As noted the best of Central Europe tour includes it as a stop.
