Returning to the US from Warsaw Chopin Airport during covid era

We'll be coming back to the US on a 6 AM flight in April. Because of the flight being so early I want to gain all the knowledge I can to help ensure an uneventful day. Has anyone out there returned from Warsaw during the covid fiasco?

It appears there is a Marriott at the airport and that there is a clinic either adjacent to the hotel or the airport terminal. Also, I've seen conflicting info about whether this clinic (Damian, I believe it is called) requires appointments.

I would deeply appreciate any recent experience with this issue at Chopin Airport as well as perhaps comment on this Marriott hotel.

I found this additional testing center at Warsaw Chopin Airport, with locations both inside the airport (for arriving passengers) and in front of Terminal A, which is available for anyone, not just travelers. ("The testing point is situated in the P3 parking area, opposite to the railway station.")

The price (150 pln for an antigen test) is slightly less than at the Marriott testing center. Some of their airport locations mention whether it is necessary to book an appointment; the Warsaw Chopin location does not say if an apointment is required.

CWsocial. Thank you so much for the info and excuse my tardy reply. The events of the past week have put me on hold on further trip planning. I appreciate the conciseness that you provided. Hope like heck to still go on the trip in April.
