What is the best way for 6 people that has no changes to get from the Krakow airport to my hotel in old town Nomadic Urban premium suites.
We will be traveling December 20 and 21st during the Christmas season.

Define "best." Google Maps indicates you could take the train from the airport to the Grzegórzki station and walk 950 meters to your hotel. If that is too far for some in your group to walk, they could take a taxi either all the way from the airport or just from the station. For a taxi that will fit six people and their bags from the airport, you probably need to book ahead.

For a group of 6 people with luggage, especially traveling during the busy Christmas season on December 20-21, public transport or waiting for multiple regular taxis can be quite stressful and inconvenient. So, I strongly recommend booking a private airport minivan transfer in advance, directly to your destination. Since it's the holiday season, booking in advance may ensures a fixed price, a spacious vehicle for all 6 of you, and a driver waiting at the terminal to take you straight to your hotel.
