purchasing Schindler Museum tickets on line

I've just gone through the reservation system to purchase tickets to the Schindler Museum on line. I entered the date and time, plus all my personal info. But I never got to a payment page or entered a credit card. I just got a "thank you" saying I would receive confirmation via email. Does anyone know what I did wrong or what I need to do to actually purchase tickets?
Thanks!

Thanks for your replies. I checked my junk/spam folders and there is nothing there. I also sent them an email but have not heard back. No, we are not planning to go on a Monday. We will be on an RS tour and only will have one afternoon in which we can see this museum. Since we won't be getting there until mid afternoon, I was hoping to guarantee we could get in....and to avoid the long ticket line, if possible.

Success! I emailed the museum and they sent me a link, which I opened with the browser they recommended (firefox). Using the different browser did the trick, and I was able to make the reservation and then click on the link in the email they sent me to confirm. We just need to go to a ticket office at least 10 minutes ahead of the timed entry to pay. Thanks for your help!

Ruth, when will you be there, which RS tour are you taking? Did you book the guide also? Rick doesn’t mention anything about the guide in his book. It is 130zł which is about $38 pp. this seems a little high because that doesn’t include entrance fee.

Hi Barbara -- we are on the June 10th Eastern Europe tour, which has a free afternoon in Krakow on June 13th. Are you by any chance on this tour as well?
I also wondered about the guide but did not book it, as there was nothing mentioned about it in the RS book or anywhere else I looked. Apparently the displays are in English and very well done, so I think we should be ok without. I would be interested in hearing from anyone on this forum had visited the museum and booked the museum's guide, however!
I've heard the museum can be very crowded, and we don't have the option to go first thing in the morning....but it is a site I don't want to miss, so we will do our best amidst the crowd!

Hi Ruth, no we are in Poland July 6. We will probably not book the guide either, but I also wonder if anyone who visited the factory used the guide and it was worth the extra money. I'm sure like you, we are willing to pay when needed but don't like to waste money.
