My boyfriend and I will be spending a few weeks in Poland shortly and are looking for recommendations for either a spa or sauna to visit. We will be based in the Bydgoszcz area. Clothing or clothing optional is fine. Any suggestions would be welcomed.

I notice that you haven’t had any responses to your request. This area probably hasn’t been visited by many of the travelers on this forum. You might want to check with hotels in the area.

I grew up in Poland, but wouldn't know what to recommend as I've never been to Bydgoszcz. Once you're on the ground, I would go to the Visitor/ Tourist Center and ask. Here's some more info on the city:

If you are into thermal spas, then check out Chochołowskie Termy in the Zakopane area, not far from Krakow. I spent an entire afternoon there. This thermal spa is huge and offers a nice mountain view. In fact, I find it nicer than thermal spas in the Swiss and Austrian Alps.
