The Polish government has a helpful website that contains current travel regulations, as well as an enumeration of "Temporary Limitations" on movement/life within the country (see menu bar at the top of the webpage). Most of the temporary limitations had been scheduled to expire on 4/20; sadly, they were updated on 4/20 and are now valid "until further notice."
