Me and my girlfriend are travelling from wales to Poland in October and was wondering what do we need to do in regards to covid? Both of us have had both vaccines and I know that we’ll need a vaccine passport. But do I need anything else in regards to covid tests ect? I have looked at the GOV website but I’ can’t find any real answers. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

You need to fill in the locator form before arrival. Tests are not required if you are vaccinated with EU approved vaccine and at least 14 days have passed since the second dose (or only dose for J&J)
