My wife & I are planning a trip to Poland from the U.S. next May. The proposal is that we fly to Gdansk; then take the train to Warsaw; then the train to Krakow before flying home. I have Rick's Poland book and will be doing more research re: other places to go, but that's the general proposed framework. We have about two weeks in total. It would likely be late May into June. (We have many times rented a car in Europe and taken things like Viator tours, as well).
