Hi, which of the tours includes a visit to a concentration camp?

Assuming you are asking about the Rick Steves tours specifically? Because this is the community forum, not the RS tours office.
If you go to the Our Tours section, then open the Poland folder, select the tour you are interested in and then click on Whats Included from the menu.

We visited Mauthausen concentration camp on the GAS tour not in Poland but Austria. Check with the RS tour office to find out which tours visit concentration camps.

The RS Best of Poland tour doesn't include a concentration camp, but the tour ends in Krakow, and many tour participants extend their stay by at least a day in order to visit Auschhwitz, which is 90 minutes outside Krakow. There are numerous tour companies that you can book with, or you can visit independently if you're a fairly experienced traveler.
