Lodging in Krakow & Warsaw without steps?

Please can anyone recommend lodging near Warsaw's and Krakow's "old town" without steps?
I was going to stay at Chopin Boutique but found out they have 10 steps.
(Recently I fell and sustained a small fracture, but doctor said it was okay to fly).

Considering Motel One in Warsaw. Not sure. Always like the quaint and charming, but thinking I should be practical on this one.

Then in Krakow considering Hotel Rubinstein. I had booked into Klezmer Hois (based on TexasTravelMom's reports) however the lowest room they could give would be up a flight of stairs (no elevator).

The Motel One in Warsaw, directly across the street from the Chopin Museum, has musical decor in a Chopin theme. It's not quaint; but it is fun.

There are elevators to the rooms. Breakfast is in the ground floor lobby. I don't recall whether there are steps to enter the building, but perhaps you've already checked on that.

Definitely not “quaint and charming,” but the Sofitel Warsaw Victoria is very comfortable and very close to the old town. It’s modern and has elevators. I stayed there twice, but don’t remember if there are steps outside. The breakfast buffet was the most spectacular I’ve ever experienced.

I agree with Renee on the Sofitel Warsaw Victoria Hotel recommendation. I stayed there, along with our Gate 1 tour group, in June. The hotel entry is at the sidewalk level (no steps) and the hotel is close to bus lines. It's a 15 minute walk to Old Town or a 10 minute bus ride there. I enjoyed my stay there.

You are wise to ask the specific questions in advance. In Warsaw, we stayed in an Airbnb with an elevator. The owner failed to mention you got to it by first climbing 16 stairs!

We stayed in a Fragola Apartments Kleparz in Krakow. Prices very by day euro 160+. The one we were in (Magnetic) had 2 bedrooms, an elevator, walk-in shower and air-conditioning. The excellent bakery and cafe Piec Piekarnia is around the corner. About 1k walk to the Altstadt center and 500m to the Bahnhof. Trams are nearby. The Stary Kleparz marketplace is nearby too.
