Krakow visit

It is safe

I was in Poland in October 2022, including Krakow, and it is safer than the U.S. Private gun ownership is limited in the country as less than 1% of the citizens have valid firearms permits.

I was also in Poland in 2015.

Also consider downloading the Smart Traveler app from the US state department, creating a profile, then adding your travel dates and cities. They will let you know if there are any there is anything to be concerned about both before and during your trip and provide you with guidance. For example, I submitted my travel info a few weeks ago and I've already received a couple of emails about protests in different cities and the recommendation to steer clear of those areas. Certainly nothing to be frightened about, but I like having the information!

krakow is very safe at the moment.

april is a very good month to visit krakow because the weather is ideal.
i suggest you to go also to the wieliczka salt mines, near krakow
