Krakow Glowny train station to airport in September

My trip is coming up quick and I've had some changes on my flight out of Krakow to Budapest.

My flight is through LOT Airlines now leaving Krakow 8:50am to Budapest in early September, with 1 hour connection in Warsaw. I'll be staying really close to the main train station (Krakow Glowny) and wondering what time should I be at the airport for this flight, and backtrack to what time should I hop on a train?
I know this is within Schengen so no EES here (I assume I'll do EES when connecting in AMS on my way to Krakow), but I'm unfamiliar with the airport and the airlines. No checked bag (but prepared to gate check my Maxlite spinner if needed).

I found the airport to be surprisingly crowded when I arrived at 4:50 AM for a 6:30 flight on KLM.
The lines at security were long, but the had many lanes open and I got through in time for a bio break, a bit of shopping, and a pretzel from a cart near the gate. There was limited seating at the gate area. The standard two hours in advance would give you plenty of time - adjust your train departure accordingly.

Wow, I would never expect such a crowd for early flight. Thanks for sharing.

I guess I’ll plan to get there by 7am and will check train timetable once in town. I heard train schedules will get updated at the end of August. But I may consider taxi/Bolt if faster.
