Has anyone used this service for booking train tickets in Poland? It says there is no extra charge for doing so, and it seems to be much easier to navigate. I can’t do a comparison right now since the pkp site is down for maintenance for 2 days.

I can recommend https://www.skycash.com/. Works for almost all train operators in Poland and city buses.
