If you buy the Krakow card, do you get to avoid standing in entrance lines?

We did. In fact, when we got there, they were turning people away, saying they were full for the day, no more entries allowed. We just flashed our Krakow cards, and they waved us right in (while pushing back at an angry group who were demanding to be let in). That alone made the card purchase worth it for us.
