I am interested in taking a 2- or 3-day trip to Silesian area of Poland during September to visit the many wooden churches, and a few other sites in the area. My husband isn’t interested in this tour. Can anyone recommend a knowledgeable guide with a car who would be willing to plan this trip with one person. Travel agents won’t consider the trip for one person. I could meet-up with the guide in Wroclaw, though we’ve rented an apartment in Krakow. I could probably also meet in Silesia as far as that goes.
If there is anybody out there who is interested in a this trip, please let me know. I have a list of some things that I would like to see but am open to other peoples ideas. Maybe we could coordinate and plan something. I’m a retiree and have the luxury of time. September 17 is the only date I want to keep open in September
I really don’t want to rent a car and go on my own, but am leaving that as a last option. I have travelled a great deal in Poland and feel comfortable being on my own as well as travelling with my husband.
