My family would like to see three villages where our ancestors lived, all near Bydgoszcz. We would like to hire a driver to drive us to these villages.
Found libus.pl, but there is only one review online (from 2016), which seems fishy. Viator.com promotes a different service that sounds good, but unfortunately does not allow cancellations under any circumstances. That is too risky for us.
Are there other options?

I hope you will see Bydgoszcz unless you already have. Its a beautiful city with a stunning cathedral. Have you reserved your hotel? If so, maybe they have suggestions for a driver? You'd be close to Torun (another gorgeous city) perhaps if you look at some guidebooks under Torun, there would be some suggestions. Could you get the names of the people Viator would suggest and contact them? Sometimes if you work directly with the people providing the service you could get a lower price/better terms.

Have you checked to see if buses go to the villages?
