Gdansk to Stockholm Ferry

Correct, Polferries is the only company on the Gdansk-Nynäshamn route. And their ferries are more basic ferries and not at all comparable to the cruise ferries that sail east from Sweden. There are other options as well from Poland to Sweden, like the Gdynia-Karlskrona ferry.

Any distinction between Gdansk and Gdynia in terms of transportation is purely academic - both are components of the Tri-City area.
