Has anyone had luck finding flights from DFW open jaw Gdansk-leaving from Krakow?

Use Google Flights to search a multi-city itinerary. Then book directly from the airline. It looks like there are varying flight combinations with Lufthansa, United and LOT airlines for this itinerary.

The easiest is to find the airline that services, or their partners, that service those cities. It looks like United is a likely option, with direct flight to Frankfurt, then to and from Poland for the cities you want. Frankfurt is a major United hub and seems to offer what you want.
I did a trial booking in May of net xyear, and that is what came up, ~$1400 for the trip. Other options require more than one transfer.
