Hi. I need to fly to Poland in February, for the day. Will I need covid-19 testing both ends England and Poland.

dunno. February is some time distant and anything can change. Have you looked at what the Polish government has to say? And the UK government? Do you know about the Lockdown, and the prohibition on travel? Is Poland in a UK travel corridor, or will it be on your travel days?
The UK quarantine time is down to 7 days now - check if you can shorten the time with a negative test 3 days in advance - difficult if you are only in Poland for one day....
These are all easy to find on the interwebs, and if you learn where they are then you can keep up with the changes from day to day....
