Christmas Eve is a family affair in Poland. Everything closes early on that day, not sure what kind of "must do" you are looking for

Christmas Eve in Poland is called Wigilia. Everything is closed at this time as this is when families spend the evening having a big traditional meal at home.

I have Polish family and Christmas Eve was always spent at home with relatives for a big celebratory meal. No-one goes out for Christmas Eve so expect the city to be like a ghost town.
