How to efficiently get from Chopin Airport in Warsaw to Gdansk old town? Are there cheap domestic flights to Gdansk from Chopin? I read on another forum topic that the FlixBus runs between the Warsaw airport and some other cities. Am I stuck with the trains?
My flight arrives in Chopin Airport on a Friday at 11:45 am. There is a train going to Gdansk from Warszawa Centralna at 12:25. It doesn't seem likely that I will catch that train in time. The next train is not until 14:25 :(
Checking a random friday I also see a 13:54 departure from Warsaw.
I don’t know about bus but did a random date flight check on Google flights and while there ARE inexpensive flights, you then have to get from the airport in Gdansk to the old town. I would probably choose train myself.

Do the trains to Gdansk go through all of those stations? Which station is more efficient to get to from the Warsaw Chopin Airport?
I don’t remember the taxi from the Gdansk airport to the hotel in old town being expensive. Unless your hotel in Gdansk is very near the train station, it might not be worth taking a train up (after paying to get into Warsaw plus train) when you’ll already be at the airport.

Zachodnia (platforms 1-8), Centralna and Wschodnia are on the same train line so yes, trains from that direction go via all three.
Trains stopping at Zachodnia platform 9 don't run via Centralna and Wschodnia.
I'm not seeing any trains to Gdańsk from Warszawa Główna - where did you find them?
There are also trains to Gdańsk from Warszawa Gdańska, including EIP trains
