We are visiting Prague, Krakow, and Gdansk and considering renting a car fro the Krakow-Gdansk leg of the tour. (We're traveling on overnight train from Prague to Krakow to minimize disruption from travel time).
What car companies are recommended? And are there any that offer reasonable one way routes? We'd like to leave from Krakow, and drop the car in Gdansk, where we fly. Our hope is a car would allow us to explore some places en route.
Otherwise, our plan was to take the Pendolino from Krakow to Gdansk and just do day trips.
