There are plenty of trains, it takes almost 8 hours with one change in Berlin. Check Deutsche Bahn website.

Hi,

This is one of those routes where you can tailor you rides. I would go Poznan to Berlin Hbf, change to Prague, as suggested above. The two legs take ca 9 hrs, I've done part of it, the Berlin-Poznan leg. I found viewing the countryside interesting.

The other way involves two changes and a shorter ride from Germany. Take Poznan to Wroclaw, direct. Then Wroclaw to Dresden Hbf direct where you change for Prague. Even this route requires you to transfer 2x, you don't have to go through Berlin. Berlin and Dresden provide you with direct access to Poland, Poznan and Wroclaw, respectively.

Hey good question... In this case take Polski bus. 8 hours with wifi and new buses. http://www.polskibus.com/en They run a bus Praga to Poznan 60-80pln.

I recently took the bus line from Warsaw to Berlin and was a mostly hasel free ride with a stop in Poznan.
