Hello all,
I am on a RS tour in May that ends in Krakow. From Krakow I will be traveling to Krynica-Zdroj to visit relatives. The Flix bus works with my schedule, however is it reliable, and do I need to purchase tickets in advance? Any advice is appreciated.

If it were me, yes, I would buy tickets in advance. Why would you wait? A bus only holds so many people, and it's possible if you wait until the last minute, you won't get a ticket.
It looks like there might be a train option too.

If you want to travel with Flixbus, there is only one bus per day so of course you need to book in advance. I checked some dates in May and some are already almost sold out. There are other bus companies on that route though.

Thank you for the great information! I booked my bus reservation based on your recommendations. One follow-up question. What is the best way to travel from Krakow Old Town to the Krakow Airport? I'm deciding whether to spend one more night in Krakow or at the airport. Thank you.
