We are going to be staying near the market square in Krakow, but the hotel doesn't provide breakfast, any recommendation for a good and inexpensive place to breakfast will be appreciate.

I would ask the hotel to give you advice on a good place for breakfast. The main square is called Rynek Glowny. There is a web cam that covers it and I watch it every day. The central feature is the Cloth Merchants Hall and there is a Tourist Information office there.
