Bicycle Krakow to Tyniec Benedictine Monastery: Worth it?

Route along Vistula level and takes less than an hour from Krakow. YouTube doesn't show much topography.
Has anyone taken this route? I'm on Rick's Central Europe Tour 6/15-29. I did similar bicycle trip out of Amsterdam that was great. Thank you.
