Hello. I'm thinking of going to Poland in april. the best time is to arrive in Krakow on Easter Sunday. My research says that most sites will be closed Sunday and maybe even Monday so I'm planning to see Schindler's Factory & other jewish sites on Sunday and Auschwitz on Monday. I'm wondering if I will have problems finding restaurants open Sunday and Monday. Also, will there be other things closed / limited like trains, trams etc?
I appreciate any thoughts on the subject.

Public transport runs on Sunday schedule which is still pretty frequent. There will be restaurants open in the city centre, Easter is better in this regard than Christmas.
I wouldn't count on Schindler's Factory to be open on Easter Sunday. All Kraków museums are closed on Easter Sunday, some are open on Easter Monday but shorter hours. Here is what was open last year: https://muzeumkrakowa.pl/aktualnosci/godziny-otwarcia-muzeum-krakowa-w-okresie-swiat-wielkanocnych-1
I was in Krakow during Easter in 2018/7. Some restaurants were open and there was a craft/street food fair for several days in Old Town. Don't worry. You'll be fine.
