Amazing Food Tasting Tour in Krakow!

Hello everyone,

A couple of weeks ago I posted a question to see if anyone has experienced the food tour with a company called Delicious Poland in Krakow. After receiving a few good feedback I decided to sign up for the tour with my family and I can easily say that it was one of the highlights of our trip to Poland.
This tour was very personal and the guide(also owner) Kamila was excellent. She was very informative and interesting and she made this tour very interesting with the facts that we wouldn't find out on our own.
This tour gave us a great opportunity to experience different Polish food for 4 hours tour and discover local eateries.
Taking this food tour helped us to understand the Polish food and culture.

I highly recommend this tour if you want to avoid touristy food eateries and eat like a local while getting insight into Polish food and culture.

We took the pierogi making class with delicious Poland and Kamila was with us. She was so sweet and knowledgeable. We also highly recommend this group.

Thank you for this suggestion. I wish we had done this when we were in Krakow.

I am new to this forum and so glad to have found it.

We are traveling to Krakow and Gdansk this July and finding it a challenge to find some information needed.
I have been trying to find an excellent food tour and the above mentioned Delicious Poland sounds like a great fit.
Also wondering if this should be experienced during the daytime or would it be an enjoyable dinner experience.

We will be in Krakow for 4 nights and then hope to rail to Gdansk for 2 nights before going to Oslo.

Our hotel is on the square, so I am thinking we are in a good location.

I would be most appreciative for any additional information about either destination.

Thank you so much.

Susan

Anyone going to Poland this summer, eat the donuts at Stara Paczkarnia. They are a chain, but sooooo delicious. We didn’t discover them till we were in Wroclaw, but ate them in Gdańsk and Warsaw too. We were 4 adults and we all agreed, the best donuts ever.
