My hotel has given me a phone number to contact taxi (one they feel gives best rates) once I arrive at airport in Krakow. Problem is I do not have a cell phone. Question - is there a customer service desk in the airport that will place the call for me?

My hotel sent a driver to meet me at the Krakow airport. Same price as a taxi. Ask your hotel if they can do that for you.
That plan will probably work, or there is a regular taxi stand where you would normally take the first official taxi in line, but do discuss the price. Rick's guidebook says the rate to downtown should not be more than 90 zl during daytime but more at night. Abbey gave me a taxi company to call. Airport travel assistance has indicated there is a phone in airport to make calls to taxi. Everything should work out great. Thanks for all your input.
