I would be visiting krakow in May 2016 as a student and looking for a accommodation.I am looking for a hostel or room for a month for 2 persons under 100-150 euro.Can anybody refer me any accommodation?

We rented an apartment in Krakow for 5 days but it does not meet your price criteria.
You can check-out long-term rentals and decide which apartment best meets your needs. Here are some links where you should be able to find something that comes close to your price criteria but I know of no place where you can rent for an entire month (2 persons) for under 100-150 euros.:

I stayed in these apartments in 2014 - Grodzka 4 Apartments Ph#+48124214835. My apartment was a studio with a queen sized bed, but they may have other apartments with 2 beds (if needed). It was a lovely apartment right in old town, steps from the main square where all the action is. Fully equipped kitchen, nice bathroom, very modern. It was $90/night then for one person but may still be in your price range for two people.
