I recently stayed at the Ibis Budget Warsaw West Station. I is about a 15 minute walk from the station.
Check-in is at the Ibis Hotel located next to the Ibis Budget. The rooms at the Ibis Budget are similar to all the Ibis Budget Hotels. The price was reasonable, and the lobby which is small is staffed by one employee.
The room is comfortable, and small, The bathroom is separated the toilet in one area, and the shower and sink in the main part of the room. The breakfast was ok, simple as one would expect at the Ibis Budget hotels. There are numerous bus lines outside the door to take you pretty much anywhere you wish to go.
I can certainly recommend this Budget hotel to travelers.
