My husband and I will be in Krakow for 4 nights in early September. There are so many hotels that I can't decide which one to stay in. We are looking for something on the nicer end, quiet but walking distance to the major sites and restaurants in Old Town. We prefer something with air conditioning, and a king-sized bed. Most of the recommendations posted here are older so looking for some more current information. Thanks.
King size beds are hard to find. Here is an option.
Holiday Inn...literally on the border of old town. Has everything you mentioned. I walked easily to most things but the tram is easy to use. A/c and king size bed.
I was there earlier this month.
Our stay at the Metropolitan Boutique Hotel was terrific.
I loved the Hotel Unicus on sw Marka, about one block from the main square and I easily walked everywhere, including the Kazimierz area. Spacious and attractive room, quiet, A/C, good breakfast included.
We stayed at Hotel Polski on a RS Tour. I think it checks all your boxes, but I’m not 100% certain about the King size beds. Very good location for Old Town and breakfast was huge. A/C was better than average for European hotels, IMO.
How close is the Sashki Hilton to Old Town?
