B&B Boutique is GREAT

I recently (26-30 Sep 2014) stayed at the guidebook-mentioned B&B in Warszawa (aka Warsaw). When I made my reservation, I mentioned where I'd learned of it and was cheerfully granted a discount on the rate -- which was very reasonable to begin with. The location was superb, being within walking distance of just about everything I wanted to visit, yet it was quiet (my room was just above the level of a side street). The room, called "Prince", was spacious, and was furnished with a double bed, a dining table, bedside lamp table, loveseat sofa, armoire for clothes and suitcase, flat-screen tv on its own table, and tucked behind the door was a small table with electric tea kettle, two china cups and saucers, two wine glasses, two bottles of mineral water, and a selection of teas and coffee plus sugar. Underneath the table was a small refrigerator. On the other side of the door was a short little hallway holding a large coat-tree with hooks, umbrella stand, and parcel shelf. Opposite that was the door into my own en suite bathroom. The appointments were modern and squeaky clean. The floors were either solid tile or non-creaking carpet. I had a further lockable door out into a little semi-public hallway off which was another room, then a short set of stairs into the private courtyard.
Breakfast was posted to not start until 8:00 am, but folks were at the large cloth-covered dining table as early as 7:00, including myself. The spread included superb coffee, teas, juice, milk, dry cereal, various cheeses, in season fresh fruit, various sliced meats and sausages, yogurt, soft boiled eggs --and that's only what I remember! On the dining table each morning was also a platter with a freshly-made coffee cake, different each morning.
A friend was also staying here when I was, and she had a smaller room with a twin-sized bed which was one of 4 rooms opening onto a common living area. Each of the 4 had their own en suite bathroom.
Everyone I needed to speak with (to book a taxi, to arrange a rented bicycle, to arrange a private city tour guide, to buy a ticket to the nightly Chopin concert, to check in or out) spoke English and my lack of Polish was never a barrier. I cannot recommend this facility highly enough!
