Where to buy raincoat in Norway

Hello, I like practical souvenirs when I travel and am going to Norway soon. I am currently in need of a new raincoat and was wondering if anyone has any suggestions on what shops would be good to browse around for this in Oslo or Stavanger? Something not easily found in the U.S. would be nice but not overly expensive. Thanks!

I bought a very nice raincoat at a souvenir store brand Scandinavian Explorer. I saw them in multiple places in Oslo and Bergen. Grated the ones in the stores mentioned by previous reply were nicer but this one was in my price range. Wore it to a Yankee game snd it kept me dry thru a 2 hr rain delay and u got lots of compliments

My daughter and I bought rain coats in Stavanger and love them! We are in the PNW, so have a lot of good raincoats, but these are not like what we see here at all. They are actually ponchos, but lined, so keep you warm. They have zippered pockets on the chest and on the sides and a nice thing at the neck that is hard to describe, but you can see it in the picture below. When we were in Stavanger it dumped rain a few days and we noticed all the locals were wearing versions of this, not necessarily that brand, but the same type of poncho. I know it isn't cheap, but we love ours and for us it was money well spent.
