Vegetarian food in Norway

I haven't been there yet but the guidebook says there's a restaurant called Pygmalion in Bergen that has organic food including good vegetarian options. Their menu is available online.

Many restaurants offer vegetarian and vegan options. Most menus have a key that indicates which items on the menu meet requirements for these as well as other issues such as nuts and dairy.
