Where all are you going on your trip (which country/ies) in which order? Just Norway, or somewhere else before or after?

According to the VAT refund brochure I was given in Norway last year, you can claim refunds at Gardermoen Airport's "Global Blue" office with completed tax-free form, passport, receipts, and the goods (unopened) in hand. Minimum expenditure of NOK 315 for "regular goods," NOK 290 for food products. There's also an app for that (of course there would be) - "Shop Tax Free."
