We will need to buy a chip in order to use our iPad in Norway. We start out in Oslo. Any suggestions on where we can buy one to use during our 2 week trip so we can get on the internet? We have done this in Scotland and France and it was easy once we found a store.
You should just need to find a wi-fi hot spot. Check with your hotel.
The Thon Hotels that I have used offered free wi-fi.

You can buy one from Telenor if you want the best coverage area. There's a store in the arrivals hall at the airport on your right as you walk towards the train platforms.
There are also shops around the town as well if you'd prefer to do it after your settled in.
The correct term for the "chip" is a SIM card - if you ask for something else, you may not get what you want.
