Has anyone had any experience using Uber in Bergen. I am looking at using it for transportation from the airport to hotel.

Uber worked fine for us in Bergen May 2023. We didn't use from airport however, as we arrived by cruise, only around the city and back to airport.

The airport website does not list Uber among the grand transportation options. Which is not to say that Uber doesn't operate at the airport. There is a bus or light rail option. Here is the info:

The light rail works really well. I don’t know if your hotel is well served - or - if you have other special needs which would make uber a better choice.

I'd recommend the tram or the bus, depending on where your hotel is. It will save you a bit of money.
If you really feel that you want to travel by car, just take a taxi. Walking out of the terminal and over the taxi line is much easier than having to prebook a trip, hoping that your flight isn't delayed and then trying to find where your car is.
